We wanted to try a new (to us) Mexican restaurant and found Monarca's. It's located in a fairly nondescript shopping center off the highway, but don't let the exterior fool you. They've got some incredible dishes. I don't remember the name of the dish but it was ribs with verde sauce. The only difficulty I had was getting the rib meat off the bone in order to put it on my tortillas. I wound up eating the ribs and having the tortilla on the side. Would definitely still order again. And don't forget a visit to the candy store nearby!
